These cards are samples of ones you can carry when practicing silence. There are times when I have even needed to travel on my designated day of Silence ~ hence a card that I can give to the flight attendant! Writing a note when needed is an easy practice to use during periods of chosen silence. Enjoy and experiment. There is no right way to practice.
