Every month as the last Sunday starts heading my direction, there is a sense of quiet relief. After all these years it is like all of me – body, heart, spirit – starts heading towards that personal, inner garden where I alone enter and live. What used to be scary and somehow felt foreign now seems to be my deepest place of companionship.
