Dear friends of the heart, Here is a link to a beautiful, short video called Sanctuaries of Silence, published in the New York times. When I think of such rare places, Peri’s land in New Hampshire comes to mind. She and Andrew call their 40 acre family homestead “Woodlands." Some of you may know it, as we have had some of our courses here in the meeting room that is warmed by the wood from the property. I would like to dedicate this month’s bow to silence to Peri who has been a faithful steward of this rhythm for over 10 years. She just had her 60th birthday, and is herself a sanctuary.
